Pengcheng Food Factory has vegetable, orchard, strawberry and other bases registered by CIQ, integrating planting, deep processing, packaging, and sales in the food industry chain, effectively controlling product quality. Its main processing includes frozen fruits and vegetables, AD fruits and vegetables, FD fruits and vegetables series products, and has advanced assembly lines that can provide FD food for aerospace. The products are exported to countries such as Japan, South Korea, and the European Union.

Since 2015, the factory has been continuously expanding, with an existing workshop area of 26000 square meters, an annual production capacity of 50000 tons, and a cold storage capacity of 50000 tons. The factory strictly follows the CIQ registration factory standards, HACCP system certification standards, and the requirements of the registration country for design and layout, with complete supporting facilities. All processing equipment is made of stainless steel material, and the workshop layout is scientific and reasonable. The initial and final processing areas are strictly separated, eliminating the intersection of human flow, logistics, water flow, and airflow. There are independent men's and women's changing rooms and bathrooms in the auxiliary areas of the preliminary and precision processing workshops. The entrance of the workshop is equipped with supporting disinfection facilities, and each processing process is equipped with corresponding disinfection facilities. The air inlet of the workshop is equipped with an air filtration and sterilization device to ensure fresh air in the workshop. After work, ozone disinfection is used.
