Laiyang Pengcheng Food Factory was founded in 2003 and expanded in 2015. It is a sole proprietorship enterprise with a registered capital of 60 million yuan and an area of 60000 square meters. The factory is located in Dongwujia, Tangezhuang Town, Laiyang, Yantai City, Shandong Province, with a superior geographical location and one of the intersections of transportation to various provinces. It is 180 kilometers away from Qingdao Port and 140 kilometers away from Yantai Port.


The factory has vegetable, orchard, strawberry and other bases registered with CIQ, integrating planting, deep processing, packaging, and sales in the food industry chain, effectively controlling product quality. The main processing includes frozen fruits and vegetables, AD fruits and vegetables, FD fruit and vegetable series products, and has advanced streamline, which can provide FD food for aerospace. The products are exported to countries such as Japan, South Korea, and the European Union.


Since 2015, the factory has been continuously expanding, with an existing workshop area of 26000 square meters, an annual production capacity of 50000 tons, and a cold storage capacity of 50000 tons. The factory strictly follows the CIQ registration factory standards, HACCP system certification standards, and the requirements of the registration country for design and layout, with complete supporting facilities. All processing equipment is made of stainless steel material, and the workshop layout is scientific and reasonable. The initial and final processing areas are strictly separated, eliminating the intersection of human flow, logistics, water flow, and airflow. There are independent men's and women's changing rooms and bathrooms in the auxiliary areas of the preliminary and precision processing workshops. The entrance of the workshop is equipped with supporting disinfection facilities, and each processing process is equipped with corresponding disinfection facilities. The air inlet of the workshop is equipped with an air filtration and sterilization device to ensure fresh air in the workshop. After work, ozone disinfection is used.


The factory adheres to the goal of "people-oriented" and adheres to the principle of "quality based". It implements a modern and institutionalized enterprise management model, with the business goal of "creating a modern and harmonious food enterprise, striving for first-class food safety management, and achieving common prosperity for the country and employees". It comprehensively implements 6S management and improves the management level of the enterprise.

In order to provide customers with safe and healthy products, the company strictly controls quality, and the products undergo triple testing including factory self inspection, third-party agency testing, and official agency inspection. And obtain the following qualifications: export production enterprise export registration certificate, food production license, HACCP system certification, BRC system certification, ISO22000 quality management system certification, and FDA registration in the United States.
